Q: Do you accept gift certificates for your online products?
A. At this time, we do not accept gift certificates for our online products.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders received up to Sunday at 5PM EST will ship the following Tuesday. Conditions beyond our control may impact your order being delayed.  You will be emailed a tracking number from Federal Express confirming your order has shipped.
Q. Can I add items to my order once it has been completed?
A. At this time, no you can not add to an existing order, but you can place a new one.
Q. Can I tell how much I will be charged for shipping before I place my order?
A. Yes, the shipping charge will be calculated based on your shipping address during the check out process prior to making your final purchase.
Q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A. To help protect our products freshness, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship across North America. If you are located outside North America, please email customerservice@dimpflmeierbakery.com and we will be happy to look into this for you. .
Q. Can I split my order and ship to two or three different addresses?
A. At this time, no you cannot.
Q. Can my order be shipped to another address than my own?
A. Yes, we can ship to any address, but not P.O. Box locations.
Q. I did not receive my order. What do I do?
A. Please email customerservice@dimpflmeierbakery.com and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Q. My package was received damaged. What do I do?
A. Please email customerservice@dimpflmeierbakery.com and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Q. Is there any duty or taxes added to my total?
A. No, there is no duty or taxes added to your total. Taxes and duties, if charged, are the responsibility of the receiver.
Q. I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
A. Please email customerservice@dimpflmeierbakery.com and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Q. What currency is my order calculated in?
A. For Canadian customers your order is calculated in Canadian dollars and for our US customers, your order is calculated in US dollars.  The price will fluctuate depending on the exchange rate at the time of order processing.
Q. Is the bread frozen?
A. No our bread is shipped freshly baked direct from our bakery to you. You truly can Taste the Difference ™
Q. What types of payment do you accept.
A. PayPal is used at our checkout. 
Q. When will I be charged for my order?
A. You will be charged immediately for your order.
