Did you know that Dimpflmeier Bakery has an entire line of organic breads?  These breads are made with 100% whole rye grain.  They also contain no yeast, sugar or wheat.  As they still contain gluten they are not recommended for anyone who suffers with Celiac Disease.  Varieties include:

The Dimpflmeier Bakery organic line of breads has been recommended by Dr. Natasha Turner to beat belly fat.   Studies also show that an increase in intake of whole grain are associated with lower fasting insulin concentrations than a diet of refined grains.  The more processed a food item is the lower in fibre they are.  Fibre acts as a thick sieve that slows down the absorption of food.  This process keeps you feeling fuller longer.

The Canada Organic logo is your assurance that products have been grown and handled according to strict procedures and rules, and in compliance with the Organic Products Regulations.  Imported products bearing the Canada Organic logo must also meet the requirements of the Canada Organic Regime.
